We are in Colorado Springs and use Blue Ribbon Home Warranty and a few years back they sent us Reliable Heating and Cooling for an HVAC service. We have been requesting them by name ever since. This work order was because of the noise from the furnace we knew something was wrong. Reliable was able to send us a tech the same day that Blue Ribbon sent them the order. Mark came that afternoon and spent time analyzing the issue and communicated with us what he analyzed, what he found, and that he had the parts with him so he would have it fixed that same day. Mark was thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Thanks for making sure we would be comfortable Mark! Looking forward to working with you again.
Kyle from Reliable Heating & Cooling in Colorado Springs came out to service my furnace and humidifier.
Wow. His level of customer service was exceptional.
My furnace was taking a long time to heat up in the mornings so he adjusted some settings to improve the performance. He also showed me the issue with the humidifier and educated me about everything he did.
Kyle seems very knowledgeable and far exceeded my expectations in the way he listened to me and addressed my questions and concerns. What a stand out! Thank you, Kyle.
So I had a blue ribbon claim. A tech named Chad came out and he was nice. He fixed problem and left. The furnace then stopped working due to the flame sensor not in the right spot and because it was Friday I had to call the on call tech. Was unable to reach and tried again on Saturday. And got a hold of Dave. Dave is the sole reason I’m doing this 5 star review. While I liked Chad, Dave was above and beyond with his service. Answering any questions I had and just did a stellar job in trouble shooting finding the problem and fixing it. He stayed around for a while at the end to be sure the job was done right. And even loved on my dogs! I plan on using this company from here on out for all my service needs. And will recommend them as well! I will be calling in January to do the 130$ full service!

I have an 8 year old furnace that quit working correctly. First off the company is responsive and can help very quickly. They spent a decent amount of time diagnosing. It was a complex situation however they initially tried the least expensive/involved solution. The furnace however needed a more extensive fix. They did resolve the issue.
The biggest surprise though was they investigated on their own that my furnace was still under warranty. I hadn’t even considered that to be the case. They initiated the warranty on their own. What a pleasant surprise!
Mark and Kyle were professional, knowledgeable, kind and Honest. I appreciate their thoroughness. Big thanks to Kyle! It really seemed that he treated my situation as if it was his own.

Kyle was very professional and helpful when he visited us just north of the Black Forest area. He did a great job cleaning and checking our boiler system. He clearly explained how our setup is a bit odd and gave us an option to have the basement wired in the normal manner for our radiant in-floor heating. He was very respectful of our property and home. Very pleased with his work.
Reliable saved the day and didn't charge me an arm and a leg! Other companies tried to sell me thousands of dollars in repairs. Chad found the problem quickly and had it repaired the same day...for a few hundred dollars. Highly recommend Chad and Reliable. Thank you for the honest and quick service!
Reliable heating and cooling were courteous, knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do to get my tankless water heater back in service! I will always use Reliable for all of my heating needs, and have them come out for annual maintenance. Their cost was totally reasonable! They have correctly nam d their company!
